This is a factory Z06 Heat exchanger mounting plate system for truck and suv.

Our research shows that 2015 tahoe may be slightly different but can be trimmed to fit.

Also some vehicles did not come with the air shutter system that these plates replace. If your vehicle did not come with the air shutter system you will need universal mounting hardware kit . 

That kit is sold seperatly.
